I source and evaluate control investment opportunities for long-term capital partners seeking durable, profitable businesses. I work independently to identify off-market and proprietary situations, conduct initial diligence, and structure opportunities for patient capital—most often family offices with a long-term ownership mindset.

Alongside this work, I am an engineer by training and have spent several years operating inside complex organizations. That experience has shaped how I think about ownership, incentives, and decision-making. In my experience, businesses perform best when they are owned thoughtfully, operated simply, and governed with clear priorities.
